Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on moderate to fairly good demand and 
moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin cuts steady to weak 
while chuck cuts firm to higher. Beef trimmings mostly moderately higher on 
moderate to good demand and light offerings.
